Join Siri Chand Kaur each Monday and Thursday night in the heart of the beautiful Hudson Valley for dynamic classes in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan! Kundalini Yoga helps us explore our dimensions, depth, nature, and potential as a human being. It creates a transformation and establishes an aligned relationship between the body, mind and soul. It opens pathways to healing and change, extends our consciousness, helps to reach around our limitations, and taps into not only the pranic energy of the breath, body and mind but also the deep kundalini energy, the pure source of energy that connects us to the Earth. Join us each week as we link breath with movement, focus on the eight major chakras and use a combination of postures, pranayam, mantra, music and meditation to extend our consciousness and deepen the relationship with ourselves! Sat nam! I am a certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I offer beginner and advanced Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan classes as well as conscious pregnancy pre-natal yoga, mommy and me yoga, yoga for women, corporate classes and individual and small group private classes. I also conduct various workshops including full moon workshops, combined outdoor meditative hiking and Kundalini Yoga workshops and advice for those wishing to live a more yoga centered lifestyle. Whether a beginner or seasoned yoga student, or even if you have never taken a yoga class before - you are welcome! Yogi Bhajan once said, "What we are trying to do is not live at each other, not to live with each other, but to live for each other." It is in the spirit of that quote that it is my honor to be of service to all.
